The Pressure Patch is an alternate solution to the pressure tap in applications where drilling holes in the test artic-le is unacceptable or inconvenient. A stainless steel tube is extruded from the chamber of an aluminum disk. The aluminum body can be fixed to the test article using an appropriate adhesive based on the application. The patch was designed and tested to have minimal aerodynamic influences when fixed to the flat surface of a test article.
