On September 21st. Althen Sensors & Controls very is proud to announce the celebration of their 75th anniversary with the first edition of a major event called "Althen's Duurzaamheidsdag." This special event will take place to celebrate the milestone while highlighting sustainable technologies and innovations. With engaging presentations from prominent organisations such as Delft Hyperloop, Project March, Smartbed and Eco-Runner, Althen's Sustainability Day promises to be an inspiring day for all attendees. Althen Sensors & Controls has always strived for innovation and sustainability in its products and services throughout its 75-year existence. Althen's Sustainability Day is a great opportunity to highlight this commitment and share it with customers, partners and interested parties. The event highlights various projects and initiatives that have a positive impact on sustainability.

Mix of inspiring presentations

Some of the most notable presentations during Althen's Sustainability Day will be given by leading organisations committed to sustainability and technological advancement. Besides we are currently working to add the renownedHardt Hyperloopto our programme, we have the following commitments for now:

Participants

Delft Hyperloop, a team of students from Delft University of Technology, will present their pioneering research and development in ultra-fast transport technology.

Project March
, a team of engineers and students, will showcase innovative robotic exoskeletons that can provide mobility and independence to people with spinal cord injury.

Smartbed
, a start-up integrating smart technologies in healthcare, will present their cutting-edge solutions that contribute to more efficient and sustainable patient care.

Eco-Runner
, a team of students from Delft University of Technology, will present their energy-efficient hydrogen-powered vehicles that aim for cleaner and more sustainable mobility.

TI Green
, a company specialized in devices that can replace a gas-fired central heating system without major modifications to existing connections, pipes and radiators.

A dynamic pop-up event

In addition to the inspiring presentations, there will be pop-up stands scattered throughout the building. These stands will provide opportunities for interaction and demonstrations of innovative products and solutions in the field of sensors and control systems. Visitors can experience the latest technologies and learn more about Althen Sensors & Controls' contribution to sustainable developments.
